dippy bird management, based in Frankfurt, Germany, is a representative agency
for young filmmakers and creatives. The founder, Anne Oldenburg, has been
working as a commercial producer since 1999. Before she started her career as
a freelance producer in 2006, she worked for well-known production companies with
a focus on international projects. Having been educated as an advertising
manager at Publicis in Frankfurt, she further studied Marketing and Communication in
Wiesbaden and Art Direction at Miami Ad School in Miami.

Our objective is to look after our dippy birds so they can focus on being creative.
This way, we build up young talent and help experienced creatives to diversify.
What we do is support and maintain communication and networking between clients
and creatives. Negotiating fees and conditions, securing deals and maintaining
networks are our everyday activities.

On request, we can scout creatives for national and international special needs.
Our consultations and other services are free for all agencies and production companies.
