Born in Vienna, educated by Walter Lürzer at the University of Applied art in Vienna, Julia started her advertising career (after her childhood tennis-career) at Demner Merlicek & Bergman in Vienna. She moved 2000 to Hamburg to work for Jung von Matt as a Creative Art, since 2009 as a Creative Director Art.

Pictures are her big love. Japan, New York, people and life inspires her most. Midjourney is her new best friend.

Julias work has been awarded at major advertising shows like NY festival, D&AD, One Show, Cannes Lions, Clios, London International Advertising Awards, Cresta, Eurobest, Golden Award, Lead Awards, Epica Awards, ADC NY, ADC Europe, ADC Germany, Creative Club Austria and has been featured in Lürzer Archive and Lürzers Archive Best Illustrators Worldwide. She created two visual books with Jean-Remy von Matt - „Stimmen aus dem Aquarium‘. If you need a creative art director ski instructor - just call her.
